Every Day Sole Mates: Upper Canada Mall

  • A walking program to promote healthy fitness
  • A joint effort of Upper Canada Mall and heartyparty.com
  • Walkers can sign up any time during the week at our Guest Services booth
  • Walkers are free to walk as long and as often as they want
  • Walkers monitor their own laps (as outlined by map in their sign-up package) and submit their lap cards once a week to Guest Services
  • Members are recognized twice a year in an awards ceremony

  • Participate in this 2 km community walking activity in the company of other merry walkers along a wide forest path
  • Learn about the holiday tradition of bells, Christmas tree traditions, and the benefits of natural Christmas trees
  • Receive bells and help decorate a coniferous tree for birds
  • A donation of new winter mitts, scarves or hats, or non-perishabale food would be appreciated
