Our Mission
- Heartyparty.com seeks to secure and support community partnerships that initiate and sustain community action. Through community participation, we will significantly alter the incidence of chronic disease for those who live work and play in York Region.
Our Goals
- Increase physical activity among families of York Region
- Reduce the number of residents who use tobacco products
- Increase the number of families in York Region who eat according to Canada’s Food Guide each day
- Decrease obesity in York Region
